These Terms govern your access to and use of AEO Agent X ("the Service"), operated by Analytics AIML ("we", "us"). By signing into the Service or by being granted an account on it, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
AEO Agent X is an answer-engine optimization workbench. It reads search performance data from sources you connect (most commonly Google Search Console), helps you analyse it, and uses AI models to draft content recommendations. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- Administrative accounts may invite, suspend, or remove other users on the same workspace.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. Connecting third-party services
If you connect a third-party service (for example, Google Search Console), you authorise us to access that service on your behalf using the scopes Google or the other provider displays at consent time. You can revoke that access at any time from the third-party service or from within AEO Agent X. Use of any third-party service through the Service is also subject to that provider's own terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Connect a Search Console property or any other account you are not authorised to access
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass the rate limits and access controls of the Service
- Use the Service to generate content that infringes others' rights, is unlawful, or violates the policies of any AI provider whose API the Service calls on your behalf
- Resell the Service or expose it to anonymous third parties without our written consent
5. Your data
You retain all rights to data you bring into the Service (your Search Console data, drafts, settings). We use it only to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you delete your account or disconnect a source, we delete the corresponding data on the timeline set out in the Privacy Policy.
6. AI-generated output
The Service uses third-party AI models to draft text, recommendations, and other output. AI output can be wrong, misleading, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing or relying on it. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, fit for purpose, or free of third-party rights.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but offer no uptime guarantee. We may schedule maintenance, throttle features under load, or suspend the Service to address security issues without prior notice.
8. Fees
If your account is provisioned by Analytics AIML at no charge, no fees apply. Where a paid plan is agreed in writing, the fees in that agreement govern. AI-feature usage is metered; per-user spending caps prevent runaway costs but do not guarantee any specific cost level.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if continued service would expose us to legal risk, or if the Service is discontinued. On termination, sections 5, 6, 10, 11, and 12 survive.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANALYTICS AIML WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring suit in your local jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
